Domestic Shipping
Most orders are shipped within 24 - 48 business hours (weekend and holidays excluded)
We ship primarily by USPS Priority Mail. You will be notified when shipped and receive tracking and delivery information
Approx delivery time is 2-3 days
We occasionally use carriers other than the US Postal Service at our discretion
State Sales tax of 7.25% will be added for Illinois residents only
Free USA shipping on orders over $75.00
International Shipping
We ship via USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail as we find it to be the most economical way
USPS Express mail is available by request
Please check your 'Ship to' address for postal format as we will be using it for your 'Ship to' address and we are not responsible for mis-delivered orders due to incorrect or insufficient address information
If necessary send us an email with your 'Ship to' address in proper format or note it in the special instruction box during checkout of your order
Any customs duty or taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer
International shipping charges will be adjusted to reflect the actual postage amount as our shopping cart only reflects US based shipping.

Flat Rate medium box holds approx $230.00 of fabric
International orders over $200 receive a $9.00 credit towards postage

Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchases.
- We cannot accept fabric if it has been cut, washed or has been in a smoky environment.
- Returns must be made within 14 days
- Please call or email us first to get an RMA ( return material authorization) number for your return
- No patterns, books or kits can be returned due to copyright issues
- End of Bolt pieces cannot be returned
- Special order fabric is not returnable nor refundable
